About Us
Who are we?
The Birdston Regeneration Group (BRG) is a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO) registered with the Office of the Scottish Charity Register (OSCR). Its purpose is to promote and encourage biodiversity by supporting native plants and animals through the purchase and appropriate restoration of the former Birdston coup site to incorporate a varied, functional, and sustainable environment.
Community involvement
The Board of Trustees looks after the business of BRG. It does this in partnership with the communities of Milton of Campsie and Birdston. We are building community support for our project and we will involve interested community groups and individuals in delivering the project
Get involved
We are looking for support from our local communities to promote the work of BRG and to provide informed information and advice. Our charitable status allows us to recruit Members (no fee involved) who may vote at our formal meetings to determine policy direction
